Why strong, empowered women can't find love

Some men start out being attracted to a strong woman... but then they want to "break" them. My thoughts: Men who look to dominate and break the spirit of strong women are doing so for one reason: A man like this needs to bring a woman down *beneath* his level... so that he can not only be in control... he also doesn't have to face his own insecurities or lacking as a man. It's easier for him to try and blame everything on her instead of looking at himself and what he needs to improve.

And women entrepreneurs are faced with deeper issues. How can a powerful woman business owner or executive keep the balance of femininity and  professional power? Where does the line get drawn with womanhood and business — which is largely masculine in nature?

To answer these questions, Shanda Sumpter, entrepreneur and CEO of Heartcore Women, Skyped with me to get into the nitty-gritty. If you're a woman and looking to keep your balance of power and femininity, this interview is for you. And if you're a man who is in love with a strong woman... you might give this a listen.
